Offtopic: RPG Maker MV

Does anyone else grab these? I think I pick up each new release and get frustrated trying to make something in it, then I return to whatever game I’m developing in Hugo. BundleStars has a special right now where, for the price of RPG Maker you get tons of free content.

Just curious if anyone else has ever tried it out. I think I may try to watch a few tutorials before the end of the year just to see how things all come together.

Only dabbled in RPG Maker XV, which I find quite nice to work in. It take a little time to figure out how it all fits together but the end result can be quite impressive. No experience with MV. Curious about it though.

I wish there was a current RPG maker that was somewhat simple. Along the lines of ACS back in the day.
